Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ELK designer tags and labels are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
