The Ilona Pant crafted from French linen are a new take on the classic ELK wide leg pant. Made to be worn effortlessly, this heavier weight linen and flattering shape suits many body types thanks to its flat front, elastic back waist band and slightly cropped leg. Match this style with the Ilona Top for a striking monochromatic look.

Material

100% French Linen

This garment has been crafted from 100% French Linen, a natural fibre from flax grown in the northern regions of France. Linen is a light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear.

Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton.

Linen is a renewable and biodegradable fibre.

Maker

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure the factory is safe and compliant.

The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits. 

Size and Fit

This pant has been cut for a statement, wide leg silhouette with a comfortable elastic waistband and an internal drawstring. The main fit points to check are in the waist and hip, and for taller wearers, you may find these pants finish at more of an ankle length.
